Indoor room with a capacity of 35 people, approx 650 sq ft. Comes with 6-six foot tables and 35 chairs. Building has heat/air, sink, microwave, and refrigerator. Tables and chairs must be returned to their original location.

Fireplace may not be used and patio door must remain locked. If rental lasts past 6pm, a key will be given to the renter. They must return the key to the drop box on the post outside the park office when rental is over.
